I played drums in school, and I actually did this once while replacing a snare. That thing flew right toward the brass section. Those of you who have experience with drums may wonder how the heck I managed to do that. All I can say is it's a special talent reserved for klutzes like myself.

LOL! I have a snare drum -- it's a good thing I never had to attach the snare. I don't have a helmet, so I probably would've injured myself. ;D

I know someone with a snare drum with three different kinds of snares on it. The wood is some sort of bright orange color, too! It's really cool. Looks kinda expensive though.
