Actual conversation my husband and I had this week! I'm sure he'd want me to point out that he wouldn't avoid a hypothetical Hindenburg II out of superstition, but rather because it goes into the air.

This isn't the comic I had planned to do last week. That comic, other than being derailed by my being sick, also depends on a certain prop being finished. Is it finished? Why, no. Oh, how I envy cartoonists who draw their work.

I've been trying various methods of depicting dream sequences over the years, all with mixed success. I feel I'm getting closer to how I want it to look, except for those darn bubble edges. Maybe next time!

I take Kimono's approach to resolutions, solving problems as I encounter them rather than waiting for an arbitrary date. I've stopped lots of bad habits! I fear procrastination will always be my weakness, though. Stopping that bad habit would require, you know, not procrastinating.

Is it mean to bet on Minty injuring herself, or is it merely acknowledging an eventuality?

This is the final strip of the year, and what a year it's been! Kris and I were just musing about it this afternoon. Our year started off with a terrifying wreck on a major highway, and it ended with my finally getting a new job after a long, five-year search. In between, KT was featured on a couple magazine websites, we found a new audience thanks to the amazing My Little Pony cartoon, and I developed a shiny mobile site for the comic. I am so eager to see what the next year holds.
