I've had this one planned out since September, and I finally found a decent Wolverine figure so I could make it. :D And now, the big news!

Apparently, nunchuks are the solution to all social woes. Take notes, kids! We're about to start a big story arc that I've had planned out for ages. I'm so excited to finally get to it!
I'm planning some really special things for next month, and a lot of it will involve you, the reader. So I'm asking for input! Do you have a favorite scene, which you'd love to have as a desktop wallpaper? Comment here and let me know!

When you hang out with guys long enough, you hear a lot of one-word conversations. It's a subtle art, depending entirely on inflection. I was never one for subtlety, so I'm more likely to beat someone over the head with a litany of four-syllable words.
Excellent news for anyone who loves adorable monsters! Mint Conspiracy is back from a long hiatus! The 'Spiracy has been my favorite spot to get accessories for KT, as well as the occasional fuzzy critter. Be sure to drop by!

Oh, how the tables have turned for Kimono! But hey, what a find! Classic Neal Adams. :D
Kimono's Townhouse is having a fundraiser! I'm building new environments for the comic, so readers can venture outside the townhouse. Help Minty and Kimono pay the bills by going to our tip jar page. Your donation can be for any amount. In exchange for your generosity, you'll receive some nifty wallpapers for your desktop:
Some of you have already donated, and I will be emailing you shortly so you can receive your gift. Thank you in advance!

I played drums in school, and I actually did this once while replacing a snare. That thing flew right toward the brass section. Those of you who have experience with drums may wonder how the heck I managed to do that. All I can say is it's a special talent reserved for klutzes like myself.

Happy birthday, Minty. I'm so sorry, Kimono. LOL! Those fabulous socks were knitted by the talented Tic-Tac-Toe. Thanks, TTT!
Big news! KT is now searchable! I've added a search box to the comic page, as well as the archive and site map pages, so now you can easily find all your favorite pages. Just type in a word or phrase, like "wasabi" or "Brightly," and you'll be taken to a list of all KT episodes dealing with that subject. Hooray! I've also added the search function to the sidebar of this blog. Many, many thanks go out to everyone who helped with the transcription process. This was possible because of your generosity!

Updating early as I am ill and would like to go to bed! My family's situation is gradually improving. Many thanks to those who have wished us well.
There's a small departure in this one, as I have incorporated a non-miniature item in the photographs. I've done this only once before, and I try not to make a habit of it. My new house has a flower garden. I grew up helping my mother tend our vegetable garden, but flowers are new to me. I've done a lot of work in it, as the previous owners did not take care of it at all. So far, I have had good results, but I was saddened when something ate my roses. I know everything has to eat, but why my flowers?
And look! Minty uses LJ. ~_^

Wolverine as a scarecrow. Cyclops would milk that for all it's worth. ;)
Kimono's Townhouse #100, y'all! I can't believe KT has come this far. Thanks to everyone who has commented, linked, laughed and encouraged me to keep at it. You all are the greatest.
Bits of news:
First off, Minty would like everyone to know that she's looking for Super Smash Brothers Brawl friend codes. That's right. You can play against Minty on SSBB. Would you really want to pass up an opportunity like that?
And the transcription initiative is now at 71.0%. Woohoo! :D

Sorry this is a little late. I seriously underestimated how long it would take to make those long boxes! o_O
Kimono's Townhouse is spotlighted this week at Tomgeeks! :D Be sure to drop by there to find lots of other, cool webcomics.
A million thanks to everyone who has contributed to the KT transcript database! 24 of the 97 comics are now transcribed, which means we're about 25% toward our goal of having a working comic search engine on the KT website. I appreciate every single person who's helped, but I would especially like to thank Xan, who wrote well over half of those transcriptions. What a trooper! Thank you ever so much, Xanda!
And finally, I am in the process of adding notations to each comic on the site. So if you look at the first twenty or so comics on the site, you'll see all sorts of commentary. Please excuse the dust while I work!
