The KT Easter egg hunt is still on, for those who haven't found the hidden wallpapers yet. I noticed in my stats that several people are trying to find them by Googling "Kimono's Townhouse wallpapers," and I am greatly amused. LOL! The wallpaper page will stay hidden for another week or two, and then it will be moved to the Fun Stuff section.

I become completely useless when I'm writing webpages, especially if I've been working on them for longer than an hour or two. My husband refers to it as my being "code-drunk." It's like being punch-drunk, only nerdier. LOL! So you may have noticed that I haven't been as talkative lately. And this is why... I've been code-drunk!

Big News!

The official Kimono's Townhouse website is up and running. There are still some spots under construction, and a few pages that need images, but it's up and ready for the world to see. Hooray! The nameservers are still updating the changes, so if the first link just takes you to LiveJournal, try the second link.

I know some of you will worry. This doesn't change a thing for you. I will still update this journal, so KT will appear on your friends list every Wednesday. You don't have to change a thing unless you want to. ^_^ I'm just letting Kimono and Minty out into the larger world. So break out the champagne and cookies!

I've been feeling pretty depressed about my job lately. And then, a few days ago, everyone at work started swapping stories about the worst time they got sick, and for some reason, laughing about those stories made me feel so much better. So that story Minty told? Every word is true, and unfortunately, it happened to me. But hey, if laughing about that made me feel better, maybe it'll help someone else, too. :P

(Hopefully, not too many people mind the departure...)



Also, KT finally has an article at Comixpedia. You know, for people who enjoy editing such things. ;)

A lot of words sound like exotic diseases to me. At least gladioli isn't one of them. :P

Well, as most of you know, LiveJournal spotlighted KT this week. I've been Dugg, and I've been Stumbled Upon, but I've never experienced anything like an LJ spotlight! Over 400 people have added KT to their friends list in the past five days! I've suddenly developed a case of stage fright. o_O

I switched to a new server this week, so if you tried to access some of my pages, such as FWDA or Minty's office supplies, those pages should now be available. Sorry for the delay! (And remember, kids, you should be 13 or older to view FWDA.)

Whew! Sorry this is a little late. This is the most intricate page I've done in awhile. ^_^

I'm getting ready to start a major story arc in KT. I'm also faced with the possibility that I may need to make some changes to KT's structure soon.
