Big news! KT is now searchable! I've added a search box to the comic page, as well as the archive and site map pages, so now you can easily find all your favorite pages. Just type in a word or phrase, like "wasabi" or "Brightly," and you'll be taken to a list of all KT episodes dealing with that subject. Hooray! I've also added the search function to the sidebar of this blog. Many, many thanks go out to everyone who helped with the transcription process. This was possible because of your generosity!

Due to a family emergency, there will be no new KT this week. Luckily, I had already planned to take this week off, and so I had filler art ready to go. A million thanks to everyone who has contributed to the KT transcript database! 24 of the 97 comics are now transcribed, which means we're about 25% toward our goal of having a working comic search engine on the KT website. I appreciate every single person who's helped, but I would especially like to thank Xan, who wrote well over half of those transcriptions. What a trooper! Thank you ever so much, Xanda!

And finally, I am in the process of adding notations to each comic on the site. So if you look at the first twenty or so comics on the site, you'll see all sorts of commentary. Please excuse the dust while I work!

Website news! I have added a much-needed archive page to the comic section. So now, when you're telling your friend about the one where Minty ate wasabi, you'll have an easier time finding the link. ;)

I also plan on adding a search function soon, so comics will be even easier to find. To do this, though, I need help. Each comic page needs to be transcribed and entered into a database. I have six transcribed so far, but that leaves ninety others as of this week. That's more than any one person can do, but it's an easy task for a group. If you'd like to help, please go to my archive database and pick a comic to transcribe. Your help is really appreciated!

I love Grandaddy, and ever since they broke up, there has been a small hole in the musical section of my heart. But "Nature Anthem" is one of the most persistent ear worms I've ever encountered. So strong, in fact, that I will have to infect several of you, my dear readers, to be rid of it. >:P

I've had several uncomfortable incidents in the past few weeks involving some well-meaning fans. I love my readers, and I know they meant no harm, but there were serious implications to what they were doing, and I must address those. You know, I've noticed that I get so much more done, now that I have no TV. :P There's a really bad joke hidden in this one. Ten points to the first person who finds it. ;)

News! Minty is now fully unleashed on the world. She has her own blog, Minty's Musings. It's completely random, like the pony herself, so there's really no telling what you're going to get. The blog will update every Sunday, and sporadic days in between.

Also new! I've added a nifty widget to the KT website that allows social bookmarking. So if you Digg, Stumble, Furl, or whatever, share a page you like with the world. ^_^
