Aheh. Contrary to what Hasbro will tell you, Brights Brightly is a boy. :P

I see Spoosh has rubbed off on you...male females, what's next? ~_^

What does Schon mean?

Wow, I love this one! Doesn't schon mean light or sun or something? What does the notice above the books say?
Jan. 24th, 2007 03:48 pm (UTC)
Aw, thank you! ^_^ Schön means "handsome." And the notice reads, "Please place books in a designated return area. Do not reshelf."

Brightly Schoen XD XD Priceless.

Hmmm.. do I smell an impending romance of d00m?
Jan. 24th, 2007 07:56 am (UTC)
Oh! I hope so!

The name? Clever. As Kimono giggles like a schoolgirl.

Jan. 24th, 2007 03:50 pm (UTC)
I'm sure Kimono is blushing under all that purple. ~_^

And what a pretty boy he is. I might actually have to buy the unfortnately-named unicorn now. >>

Schon means beautiful.

Jan. 24th, 2007 03:51 pm (UTC)
He is quite handsome! And huge. Friggin' huge.
Jan. 24th, 2007 11:56 am (UTC)
The plaid carpet is dead on. It's just missing the coffee stains.
Jan. 24th, 2007 02:51 pm (UTC)
I was thinking the same thing--it's so...LIBRARY! And the itty little books, and the little signs,OMG..such wondrous detail.

::giggling:: LMAO.

*takes a bow*
Jan. 24th, 2007 05:06 pm (UTC)
I'm glad that someone posted what Schon meant as I knew it was a joke I wasn't getting ^_^;;;. I love the different Kimono poses as it really does look like she's intereacting (good job with Brightly too, esp. since there's only one of him!) Can't wait to see where this leads...

OT: I'm at the library and a little girl was behind me with her mom and she was so excited to see ponies! *giggles* She kept saying "Mommy look, ponies!" really loudly and of course everyone turns to see who's looking at ponies. *turns red*
Jan. 24th, 2007 08:45 pm (UTC)
I squealed with so much glee at the girl at your library! :D And I'm so glad about the reception Brightly is getting. Much fretting was had over this.
Jan. 24th, 2007 06:28 pm (UTC)
LOL, giggle. ^_^

Brightly works wonderfully as a boy. And that pose is really versatile!
Jan. 24th, 2007 08:45 pm (UTC)
Thank you! :D It definitely helps that his head turns. *nods*
Jan. 24th, 2007 11:25 pm (UTC)
Love it! Brilliant, as usual. The pink plaid carpet is too awesome. However, despite your usual attention to detail, there is one little thing that is bugging me- Kimono's hair. The length keeps changing and the tinsle comes and goes! Otherwise, I just love it=)
Jan. 25th, 2007 12:56 am (UTC)
Re: Hair
The hair bothers me, too. Hasbro has been making the hair shorter and shorter, which gives me less to work with when I use donor hair. The only way I can fix it is to trim the hair on my (rare) Kimono I, which I don't want to do. So I just take the pictures and hope nobody notices.

(I'm also bothered by disappearing hoof hearts. And now that I've said that, you'll notice them every time.)

Oh, he totally looks like a boy. Or... if not, a giant manly lesbian. :D

And with his head able to turn, he DOES have a very versatile pose! He's adorable. Now I want him... and I don't think I ever got him, I got the blue one instead. :P~

Kimono's poses are perfect, especially the coy little one at the end. And yeah... totally looks like an evil school library. ;)

Jan. 25th, 2007 12:58 am (UTC)
So boyish! He seemed to be a little hard to find before Christmas, but now he's everywhere, warming the pegs. Poor guy doesn't sell! Maybe I can make him more popular. ~_^

Ooh, thank you! :D You'd probably die laughing if I told you how I set up that library scene.

ooooh they make more than just Rarity.... sorry, here in Australia I am yet to see any other new uni but Rarity, I was feeling ripped off!!

The comic is really cute.... too bad ponies don't blush.... lol.
Jan. 25th, 2007 12:59 am (UTC)
Aw, I'm sorry he's not in Australia yet! He's from the newest set, so maybe they'll show up soon.

And thank you! I aim to provide a weekly dose of cute! ~_^

After actually watching the video I don't think I ever would have thought Brightly as a man. However, now that I've viewed your strip I don't think I'll ever see him as female again.
Jan. 25th, 2007 11:43 pm (UTC)
LOL! Mission accomplished! ~_^
Jun. 14th, 2007 06:06 pm (UTC)
It's good, but it's Brights Brightly and she's a girl,not a boy. It's also her birhday tommow
