Sorry this one was a little late! I went all out on it, so hopefully, it was worth that extra hour waiting. ^_^

Minty's socks, which Kimono is wearing, were made by my ever-talented friend, Jill. You can see more of her adorable creations at Mint Conspiracy. She has lots of cute monsters ready for the holidays, so be sure to check it out!

LOL Kimono's playing solitaire! Bless her (or Minty's) cotton socks!

I don't really get why she didn't take off the stuff before answering the door. At least the antenna, y'know?

EXACTLY what I was going to say. Then again...last weekend these really cute guys came to my door selling magazines and I answered the door all schleppy... O_o

I have this bad habit of seeing ringing phones and doorbells as top priority. So I drop conversations to answer the phone, and I scramble to answer the door. Sometimes I don't pause to make myself presentable. I suppose it was worse for Kimono, since she had to run down two flights of stairs!

Hah, Kimono surfs Cute Overload! lol Why does that not surprise me. And I love the fact she misses Minty while she's away. ^_^

Ooh, Kimono. Minty's totally gonna know you snooped in her sock collection while she was gone! ;D

Awww... Someone's missing Minty's wacky hijinks.

"She has lots of cute monsters ready for the holidays"

Well, sort of. I had a lot more before the holiday shopping season kicked in last weekend. XD

Hey, don't diminish my sales pitch! ~_^ Right after I posted that, you sold one of your leftover Halloween monsters. I'm taking credit, whether it's due or not. >:D

It's always good to see a character imitating an absent friend/acquaintance/ally/etc.

This is reminiscent of the Teen Titans episode "The Quest" (given your interest in DC characters, you may have seen it) in which Robin leaves to improve his martial arts skills. While he's gone, the others attempt to fill in the void he left... going so far as to put on his spare costumes and imitate him. If I remember it correctly, even Raven wore a Robin suit.

While I was reading the comic, I thought midway thorugh that maybe Minty might come home early for some reason and catch Kimono in the act. But then again, she did go to a comic book convention; coming home late would be more likely.

Will Minty ever come back?
Will Kimono go into shock when Minty returns?
Will Robin get split in two by the Riddler?
Will Batman ever forgive Superman for that crack about his parents? ... oops, wrong issue ;)
[you see where I'm going with this]

Where in the world did you get that mini rice cooker? That is just too cute! I've never commented before, but I just want to say that I'm a huge fan and that I always get so excited when there's a new comic. It's just so creative! Thank you so much for brightening my days!

Aww, thank you! The rice cooker is a Rement accessory. The Japanese just make the best toys!

Ah, the things we do when we think we're alone.
