People frequently comment on how strange our cat is, that she is more "dog-like" in her behavior. My husband and I decided this is because she actually is an alien, merely disguised as a cat. Sometimes, she gets bad intelligence from the mother ship on how a cat should behave. She does, however, enjoy time in boxes, so the mother ship got that part right, at least.

I'm still working on the Next Big Project, and I'm far short of the info I need. If you'd like to contribute, read how you can help.

They're showing it at the moment over her in the UK on Fiver or Five USA. I think Five USA. Right from the beginning. It's been a proper nostalgia trip watching it :D

The cat I got when I was in high school (we owned his mother) just died. He was an awesome cat. He would wander around the house meowing like a female in heat. He came when you called the dogs. He licked off our dinner plates like the dogs did. He had an amazing personality.

The cat I have with my husband thinks she's a people. She used to sleep in my hair, back when she was a tiny kitten. She comes when she's called (and yes, hubby whistles for her and I do that smoochy thing with my lips). She talks to us all the time - way more than I have ever heard other cats do - always chirping and mewing and making little sounds. Oh, and she growls at other cats and intruders.

Reese is similar! She comes when we call her, she listens when we say no, she isn't bothered in the least by hairdryers... She has some oddly human behaviors, too. Very talkative! Her paws are dexterous, and I've seen her turning objects over in her paws to look at them from different angles. Strange, strange cat.

Alien origins! That would explain so much about every cat I've ever had. XD

I love the panel where Topaz is correcting Brightly about her ship. Her attitude is so perfectly, condescendingly, impatiently feline.

Sometimes, they have to slow down to explain things to us monkeys. ;)

Thank you
You pretty much summed up my lovely cat Scrodinger in this comic, as his name suggests, he loves boxes, and inter-dimensional space and time travel :D

I love to put a box in the cat room, and watch like five of them all jump in, and then sit there and look up at me as if to say, "Okay, we're ready for shipment!"
